1. Pricing and Payment

2. Shipping and Delivery (Based on ARTELO shipping policy)

Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. We offer both framed and unframed prints. To reduce costs, you may choose to order posters without frames.

Processing Times: All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Delivery Times: Shipping times vary by region and selected service. Estimated times are shown at checkout. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control.

Shipping Regions: We currently ship to most countries. If your location isn’t supported, please contact us directly.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or estimated delivery date. We will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Returns and Refunds (Based on ARTELO return policy)

As each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: All sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Digital downloads and custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstance.

4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images for all products. However, slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings.

Poster Details: Our posters are printed on 8 mil matte paper with a bright white surface and smooth finish. The coating allows for high color saturation, seamless tonal transitions, and a wide color gamut—ideal for artistic and photographic prints.

Framing Information: Our standard frames are made of oak wood, available in four finishes: black, natural, white, and walnut. All frames include shatter-resistant plexiglass, turnbuttons for secure closure, and sawtooth hangers for easy wall mounting.

5. Physical vs. Digital Products

Please note: All products sold on this website are physical prints. If you're looking for digital downloads, please visit our Etsy shop.
